You’re a Gem Valentine – Printable Cards

With non-candy Valentines becoming more and more popular I find myself wanting to make more variety for you all. I love these darling “You’re a Gem Valentine” that feature a diamond ring eraser.  Though the colors may be feminine, every kid loves a shaped eraser so these are a fun card to pass out no matter gender.

While I will share with you how to make these yourself below and provide the printable, if you want to skip the hassle of printing out all the cards, cutting them out, cutting out the ring holes and buying the ring erasers (which are available on Amazon or perhaps your local party store) you can purchase the kits, in dozen quantities:

Now to do it yourself! You can click the picture, or this link to the get PDF of the printable. Save it to your computer and print out as many copies as you want. You’ll notice on the printable there are dotted lines. You will cut on those lines and then slight fold the paper out of the way. This makes a little holder for the ring in each card.

I think taking these homemade cards (whether you make them or I make them and send them to you) will definitely impress at the party. I’m always very impressed when my kids bring home clever, homemade cards from their party. I know my kids love bringing the homemade cards and love to pass them out to their friends and teachers.
