Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 egg whites
Instructions
- Preheat over to 350. Grease and flour cake pans or grease and line with waxed paper. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together in large bowl. Stir in sugar. Add butter, milk and vanilla; beat with electric mixer on low 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Add egg whites; beat 2 minutes. Pour into prepared cake pan and bake as directed until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Loosen cak edges from pan, invert onto wire rack and cool completely.

- ten inch Bundt 45-50 minutes
- two 9 inch cakes 35-40 minutes
- two 8 inch sqaures 30-35 minutes
- three 8 inch rounds 20-25 minutes
- eight large 4 inch cupcakes 35-40 minutes
- twenty four medium cupcakes 20-25 minutes
