Therafit Shoe Review and Giveaway

The only gym shoes that I have ever owned are the pair that my parents bought me for high school gym class. These of course were not the nicest shoes nor the most supportive, but they suited my needs as I didn’t like to work out until a few months ago. Once I started hitting the gym most days I started realizing how lacking my shoes were (not to mention how OLD they were). I Don’t really know much about running shoes versus athletic shoes so I wasn’t sure where to start. Then one day I saw Therafit Shoes on someone’s facebook page and thought I would start there! I emailed and asked if I could review and pair of shoes and put them to the test with my gym time. I chose to get the pink “Deborah” athletic sneaker.

The day I got them I was so excited to get right to the gym! I was really excited about the bright pink since it is “cool” to have neon colored clothes these days (I know, I’m lame!). When I put the shoes on for the first time I immediately noticed several differences from my old shoes. The therafit shoes were very light. They didn’t weigh me down. My feet could bend inside the shoes and the shoes would also bend with my feet. They weren’t stiff at all like my old pair.

They were breathable with the mesh on the top of the shoe. My feet don’t get nearly as hot as they did in my old shoes.

The Therafit Shoes feature a patented Personalized Comfort System. The shoes have three adapters in the heel of each shoe. These adapters allow you to personalize the amount of shock absorbed by your feet. You can insert one, two, three or none and totally customize your feel. It took me a couple days at the gym to realize what I liked. If I am just using my shoes for walking then I like all three adapters in. This makes the shoe bottom firm and supportive. When I’m at the gym, since I spend most of my time on the Arc machine I like my shoes to be cushy and bouncy to absorb most of the shock of the machine so I take all three adapters out.

    After having spent the entire fall, winter and most of the spring recovering from a foot injury, these look like they might be exactly what I need to get my foot back in fighting form! (and by that I just mean not hurting all the dang time)

    just call me plain jane… lol i like the white renee walking shoe. i know i called them plain, only because i love the white. I love the shoe because its so light and of course i love the sole inserts!

    I would love the silver/blue deborah walking shoe. I bet these would be great support for my heel spurs!

    I’m a server so the Black Renee Women’s Walking Shoe would be perfect for me. The only problems is they don’t seem to be slip resistant :/ That’s something the company should look into as most corporate restaurants require any shoes worn have to be non-slip.

      Thanks for this comment. I have asked the sponsor about this concern and perhaps they are non-slip and didn’t think to include that in the description! I will let you know what they say!
