New Years Goals
So I’ve heard that a goal, not written down, is just a wish. So I’m writing my health and fitness goals down. I’ve placed little reminders in places I frequent such as my bathroom mirror and taped to the fridge. These reminders include little pep talks and phrases that remind me of my goals. I’ve been on a healthy eating journey since September with some good results, but recently fell off that wagon. I’m feeling renewed with the new year and like I have a fresh start!
