Disney’s Palace Pets – A Look at Licensed Toys

November 29, 2014 By Stefanie

I have teamed up with Walmart to discussed their Top 20 Holiday Toy list. Even though product and compensation was received, all opinions are completely my own. When it comes to clothes, backpacks, accessories, school supplies and any other non-toy item, I do not purchase licensed (movie characters) things. When it comes to toys, however, my kids love certain movies and shows and so of course they want the toys and I allow it.Disney Princess Palace Pets are one of these … [Read more...]

Live Action ‘Cinderella’ Pictures + Trailer

November 20, 2014 By Stefanie

I always think it is interesting when an animated film becomes live action. It seems there is always room for a different interpretation of the film when this happens. I sincerely hope, though, with Cinderella the story remains the same. I love the message of being yourself and evil doesn't win!I recently got some pictures and a trailer form the movie that I would love to share with you:   Aren't the costumes and gowns amazing. I seriously wouldn't … [Read more...]

Disney’s McFarland, USA

November 12, 2014 By Stefanie

I love feel good, inspirational movies and Disney is really good at making those types of movies. Up next in the line up of this genre of movies is Disney's McFarland, USA. Based on the 1987 true story, “McFarland, USA” follows novice runners from McFarland, an economically challenged town in California’s farm-rich Central Valley, as they give their all to build a cross-country team under the direction of Coach Jim White (Kevin Costner), a newcomer to their predominantly Latino high school. … [Read more...]

Toy Story 4 Plans Revealed

November 10, 2014 By Stefanie

In the first song of Muppets Most Wanted there is a funny joke. The song is talking about how the Muppets are doing another sequel. The reasons they are doing it are because "that's what they do in Hollywood", "the studio considers them a viable franchise", "The Studio wants more, while they wait for Tom Hanks to make Toy Story 4".Now at the time I thought this was just a funny joke with no merit behind it. After all, at the conclusion on Toy Story 3 Woody, Buzz and all our beloved … [Read more...]

October 29, 2014 By Stefanie

I love that there is another animated CG Disney movie coming out from the John Musker and Ron Clements! I was blessed to be able to interview them when I went on my first Disney trip. We talked about The Little Mermaid. I'm so glad these talented men are back for more adventure with MOANA! Walt Disney Animation Studios revealed plans [Monday] for “Moana,” a sweeping, CG-animated comedy-adventure about a spirited teenager on an impossible mission to fulfill her ancestors' quest. 5 Easy Steps to Becoming a Princess

October 14, 2014 By Stefanie

This shop has been compensated by #CollectiveBias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. If you have a young girl at home that is anything like mine, she would love nothing more than to be a princess. This got me thinking that it would be very fun to have a princess makeover and transform my daughter into a princess by helping her learn the qualities of a princess (in my opinion). Inspired by a plethora of #DisneyBeauties, I decided to base my steps to becoming a princess … [Read more...]

Into the Woods Poster

September 17, 2014 By Stefanie

I'm a big Into the Woods fan! I've never seen it on the stage, but I've seen the movie of the Broadway stage and I know the music. For the most part, this is such a funny, funny musical. I'm really excited to see it come to the big screen. I wonder if it'll still be as funny because they sure have an interesting cast of characters! I'm a little sad that Johnny Depp's role is so small, but I'll love it while it is happening. “Into the Woods” is a modern twist on several of the beloved Brothers … [Read more...]
