Plasmacar Review and Giveaway

November 29, 2012 By Stefanie

Hold on to your hats folks, have I got THE most fun toy to tell you about today!! The Plasmacar!!!

When this big box arrived on my doorstep my kids were VERY excited to bust right into it. I wanted to wait until Daddy got home so he could put it together for us. Of course he had lots of little helpers when he did start building it.

There were lots of squeals and giggles while the car was being put together.  Once it was done they wanted to go right outside, but since it was about 7pm we couldn’t. I promised lots of rides the next day and that appeased everyone. I am very impressed with how sturdy the car is. This is definitely a car that is going to last for a long time!

When we finally went outside to ride the Plasmacar the kids didn’t get it. They tried to just scoot on it using their feet. Once I told them to swivel the steering wheel it clicked, and they both understood right away what they were doing. It became a whole lot more fun and their faces lit up! I love the simplicity of the Plasmacar- no pedals, no batteries, just kid power!!

They had so much fun going up and down the side walk. They were more than happy to help each other when the other ended up in the grass. I was happy that the Plasmacar was so easy to maneuver and work so they could do it on their own and I just supervised.

Once daddy got home he was anxious to try it out also! He is 6’1 so I wasn’t sure he was going to fit, but he got right on and started going. The kids explained that you swivel the steering wheel and off he went! He also LOVED it! I felt a little jealous! If I wasn’t 8 months pregnant and scared I’d never be able to get off the Plasmacar I’d be getting on that thing too. You bet as soon as I have the baby and am recovered I’m jumping on the car and taking a nice long turn!

I definitely think the Plasmacar needs to be on your holiday gift list!! I know December is cold and not ideal for outside toys, but look at my kids, they are bundled up and having a blast! We didn’t realize it was as cold as it was. Plus, my husband pointed out that because you are swiveling the steering wheel you are getting a little bit of a workout and keeping yourself warm.

I’m so excited to tell you that Plasmart Inc. has generously offered to giveaway a Plasmacar to ONE lucky reader!! The giveaway will be open to Canada and the Continental US. Prize cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Winner will be verified. Please enter through the form below.

Disclosure: I was given a product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. Making of a Mom is not responsible for prize shipment.
