For the past couple of weeks I have been using this Konsyl Balance powder. Let me tell you about it. From the Konsyl website it lists the features of the Konsyl Balance powder:

You mix a teaspoon of this powder in an 8 oz. glass of water up to 3 times daily for an increase of digestive health. I know as we get older some of our bodily processes slow down and need a little help keep regular! This stuff works! I have loved how good it has made me feel, and it has definitely helped my digestive health.
Honestly I was concerned at first about the orange flavor. Nothing orange is my favorite, but when I took my first sip I was surprised! It is really good. It tastes like you put a couple of freshly cut orange slices in your water. It is a cool and refreshing flavor- NOT at all gross!
Konsyl is so amazing they have also created some recipes to add your fiber supplement powder in to. The recipes work best with their other fiber powders that are flavorless. But I’m sure this would be great in an orange smoothie or a sherbet milkshake!! You can also like Konsyl on facebook.
