Herbalogic

March 7, 2013 By Stefanie

herbalogicI have never been one to go all natural. I’m definitely not a person that is on a health food diet or going organic. None of those things appeal to me. I do have friends and family who love to eat all natural and clean and do prefer oils and herbs to over the counter medicine, but that is not me.

Trying out Herbalogic products was a little bit nerve wrecking for me actually. Herbal supplements is definitely out of my comfort zone, so I was nervous about trying them.

Herbalogic sent me the “Mommy pack” which includes Decompress – stress and tension relief, Peak Power – energy and performance formula, and Peacekeeper – support for periodic mood swings. Peak Power appealed to me the most because I am often lacking energy. I get up multiple times a night to feed a newborn and I am tired during the day. I got up my nerve to try the Peak Power. I can’t say I felt like I had a sudden burst of energy, but I did notice that I was able to last longer than I normally do. Also, feeling a little bit energized  helped me with my patience. I am usually not too patient as we get to the end of the day because of how tired I am, but after trying peak power I was able to keep calm and stay a nice, happy mom through bedtime. I also felt excited to go to the gym because I wasn’t completely exhausted. IMG_0634When looking at the Herbalogic website with all of their products, if I were to choose for myself, I would have picked Easy Breather. I have always struggled with sinus congestion and would loved to try this herbal alternative for my problem. I would also like to try Quiet Mind. I often have a hard time falling asleep because of racing thoughts, so it would be great to have a natural product to calm my mind and help be turn off for the day.

Visit the Herbalogic website and use code MOAM15OFF for 15% off any order through April 8th. Spend $100 after the discount and receive free shipping.

Have you tried herbal supplements? Do they work for you?

The Easy Breather may be for me, too, because I’m addicted to nasal spray right now…can’t breathe without it. But, like you, I have a hard time with natural remedies.

This is great! Thank you 🙂 I just read good things about Plantlife brand and ordered their lavender and peppermint essential oils. I will have to give Herbalogic a shot!

I think I would need the Peak Power too since I am almost always fatigued but I’ve never tried herbal potions so I’m clueless as to its benefits. It seems like it could help a bit just from your experience.

I do use herbal supplements of all kinds, but nothing I don’t actually need. I use some melatonin if I can’t sleep once in a while. I’m unfamiliar with Herbalogic but that is probably because I’m in Canada. Thanks!
