But one of the hardest things to do is to fry chicken and other side dishes but since I’ve gotten this fryer my troubles are over. I love that when I received the Digital Double Deep Fryer it was well wrapped and protected from damage during shipping. The Digital Double Deep Fryer was shipped in a large box with another box inside of it and with Styrofoam to keep it in place. Then each individual piece was wrapped up in plastic bags. It was easily unwrapped and placed together and working in less than 5 minutes. Each piece was self explanatory and fit right together easily.

The first night we had fried chicken and zestie french fries and I was in love. I loved that I could cook two different baskets at different times to ensure everything was finished at the same time. The fried chicken was perfectly brown and juicy in the middle which made it even better. The zestie fries were crispy and delicious!

The next dish we tried was fried pickles because our daughter Liz loves them. After a few trial and error batches I finally used pancake batter to cover them and she was in heaven. Mr. SMSL is dying to have a fish fry to try his hand using this awesome fryer because it has been a hit on everything we have tried so far.

Because it is a double fryer it is very versatile, allows for different temperatures and even cooking times. All of the pieces minus the elements are dishwasher safe so cleaning it up is so much easier than my previous deep fryer. My Mother-in-Law evens wants one of the Digital Double Deep Fryers for her house and she is hard to please in the kitchen!

I love that the baskets each hold 12 cups and still have see-thru windows! Which also serves as a way to keep the splatters down to a minimum that helps make cleaning up much easier. The temperature controls are easy to use and can be set on different times which is an added bonus!
