Based on his more than 20 years of teaching, The Art & Science of Drawing shares author and drawing instructor Brent Eviston’s secrets that provide the most accessible, streamlined, and effective methods for learning to draw.
This is a project based book meaning each chapter contains a lesson and then at the end of the chapter you practice what you were taught. This sounds like a super fun concept, and a frustrating free way to learn.
I have a couple kids that love to draw, and a kid that wishes he could draw but easily get frustrated when we work on art projects because his skill level isn’t up to his desired outcome. This book seems like the perfect way for him to learn at his pace, skill by skill and start being able to draw to his desired level.
