Look for sales: Did you know that Hobby Lobby always has a selection of their products for 50% off? You can even download the app and get a coupon for 40% off any item. There are many other stores that offer these kinds of promotions. Sometimes it’s better to wait and watch the prices. You could save a lot of money when you think about the purchase. (Unless it’s already on clearance – then buy it at that moment!)

Change the walls: The paint on our brand new house is the worst! They use builders paint that is so horrible. My husband rubbed up against it when he was installing the fridge and his jeans left a mark. When I went to wipe it off – the paint came off! Painting is a great option but it’s a lot of work!
