I don’t usually do resolutions. There’s no reason to keep them, really, other than just a thing that you do. I try to be consistent in good choices; that’s the only way I know to change a habit.

I’m not big on making New Years Resolutions, but this year I decided to forgive. Forgive myself for mistakes I think I’ve made, and forgive others. Holding a grudge or being angry at someone just poisons our inner beings, and does nothing but cause undue anxiety and stress. My resolution is going amazing so far! I am feeling an inner peace that I haven’t felt for a long time! To 2014!

  15. Jeff Legg says

While New Years is a great time to reflect about the year before

I believe New Year’s Resolutions are made of hope. So, if we never give up hope we have a better chance of realizing our goals.

  22. Joyce Raymond says

My New Year’s resolution was to start eating only when I’m hungry, not because I’m bored or something looks good. It really is working, because I pay attention to when I reach for something, and ask myself why I really want it.

  23. PATTI F. says

    January 18, 2014 at 7:53 AM
