Warmer weather is coming (gasp!) It’s hard to believe but it is true. With warmer weather comes a desire to eat different foods. For example, cooking on the grill is a lot more common, at our house we start to chug corn salsa (I’m not sure why this seems to be more of a summer food for us) and then there is delicious, ripe watermelon. This gets eaten by the bucket load it seems in summer. Now you can find Betty Crocker Watermelon Cake mix and Frosting only at Target.
My kids were very excited to make these cupcakes and eat them. My kids liked them. I thought they tasted horrible but they are very cute, especially with the little black spots for seeds.
