We have several vacations this summer which means a lot of car time. When we are in the car, I don’t have access to warm water for my baby’s bottle. For this reason I went on a hunt for a portable bottle warmer. I remember one of my sister’s had a battery operate bottle warmer for her children and I wanted something similar. Throughout my searching I never found a battery operated one, but I did find the number 1 rated bottle warmer by toptenreviews.com! That bottle warmer is from WarmZe.
WarmZe sent me their large starter kit which included two NUK bottles, a bottleSOC and 2 warming packs. The NUK bottles were medium flow, which is too fast for my baby, he needs slow flow. The WarmZe bottle warmer is super easy. It is as simple as a bottleSOC and warming pack. Just place the bottleSOC over your bottle.
Then peel the paper off the sticky ends of the warming pack and wrap it around the bottleSOC. *Tip* peel from the middle of the paper. My husband started peeling from the side and almost peeled off the sticky sheet, leaving nothing behind! haha The warming pack starts getting warm as soon as the air hits it. This process is so fantastic! You don’t need batteries, no microwave, no nothing! This pack is self heating, plus there isn’t any gels or liquids so you can take this on a plane with you as well!
Finish up the process by folding down the top of the bottleSOC to cover the heat pack. You don’t want to touch the heating pack directly as it does get very hot.
The whole heating the bottle process takes about 30 minutes to get the water or formula to the right temperature. Always test the liquid on your wrist before giving it to your baby.
WarmZe says the heating pack lasts for 8 hours. I found that it stay warm that long, but after 6-7 hours would take much longer than 30 minutes to heat the bottle. Each warming pack is only good for a 1 time use, but they are biodegradable so there is no harm in throwing them away. You can buy warmer refills for $12.99 for 4.
I really love WarmZe. They are easy to take with you on the go. Just pack your bottle, the soc and the heating packs and you’re ready to go. They do not take much space in your diaper bag or purse.
You can purchase WarmZe bottle warmers through their website or through other retailers such as Amazon and Sky mall. This would have been a life saver on our recent flight to California, and I know it is going to help immensely on our trips this summer. I will be stocking up on my WarmZe refills!
Thank you WarmZe for letting me test this fantastic product! It definitely gets two thumbs up from Making of a Mom!

I will def have to get some when we have #2. Nothing is worse when you are out and need to warm up a bottle. The one time, I had to use the water where we were (out shopping) and they only had cold water! We were VERY lucky that he ate it but he wasnt very happy about it (took him a long time with crying involved). Wish that I had one of these along!

I agree! We were just on a plane and asked the flight attendant for warm water. She told us they didn’t have any (yeah right, they are making coffee somehow!) My baby wouldn’t take the cold water bottle, and the whole plane had to suffer!

This is the coolest bottle warmer I’ve ever discovered! It is the lightest in weight and almost doesn’t consume any space inside the baby bag! All mothers with babies should have this!
