Valentine’s Day Treat Jar

January 7, 2019 By Stefanie

Valentine-Treat-Jar

With Valentine’s Day quickly approaching, it is time to start getting crafty! Take a peek below at how to make your own Valentine’s Day treat jar, perfect for holding Valentine’s Day candy, snacks, straws, flowers, and more. The options are endless. Give the easy to follow instructions below a try and see how easy it can be to craft this Valentine’s Day season!

Supplies needed:
Large canning jar
Two patterns of Valentine’s Day themed craft paper (hearts, polka dots, etc.)
Foam crafting hearts (Dollar Tree and most craft stores)
Twine or ribbon (or get crazy and use both!)
Scissors
Glue

Directions:
1. Begin by cutting a wide strip of scrap book paper that will fit the height of your jar. Cut it to fit, wrap, and secure with glue.
2. Cut an additional strip, this time from a different pattern of craft paper. Make it half the width of the first section you cut. Wrap, cut to fit, and secure with glue.
3. At the center of the jar, glue on some foam hearts. We layered on several. You can use any color or size you wish.
4. Finish by wrapping the mouth of the jar with your ribbon or twine.

Your Valentine’s Day treat jar is now ready to be enjoyed. Fill it with festive straws as we did, or try for some colorful candies. Either way, it is sure to be a hit! Visit our Valentine’s Day page to see all of our crafts, treats and projects.

Good day! Do you know if they make any plugins to help with Search Engine Optimization? I’m trying
to get my website to rank for some targeted keywords but I’m not seeing very good gains.
If you know of any please share. Thanks! You can read similar article here:
