Vitamins: Gummys VS Chewables
I have a very picky eater at my house. When we went in to the doctor for my children's yearly check ups I spoke to her about his nutrition. I, of course, talked to her about my concerns with his lack of eating vegetables and most meat. She told me to just be sure to keep offering him the foods, that hopefully he would eventually start eating those foods and to remember to give him a daily vitamin. Delish Side Dish
One of my favorite side dishes is super quick and easy to make! I just saute slices zucchini, yellow squash, tomato and onion in a pan with a little olive oil and sprinkle it with garlic salt.
