My daughter is in second grade. She is really bright and loves to learn! She does, at times, struggle with Math. Luckily there is the website Cram.com that offers flash cards covering a lot of different subjects. Online flash cards are easy to use and don’t require tons of printing like printable flashcards. I was able to find these K-2 Math flash cards.
The way the flash cards works makes it very easy for my daughter to use the website herself. I get her on the right page on the site and get her set up. She is then able to go through the 20 math facts flash cards. For the math problems she needs to see the answers for she can flip the card to look at the back. Otherwise she just continues on until she is finished.
Cram.com has an immense amount of information available. There are currently over 74 million flashcards available. That is a lot of different subjects.

I also have a 4 year old heading to Kindergarten this year. These flashcards are a lot of fun. They would be a fun way for him to practice his numbers and letters. He can also use them to learn some simple math. I’m very excited about these possibilites!
If you are using the site because you are older and needing to cram for a test. Consider these cram facts.
Do you use flashcards for your kids?

Stefanie,
What a great idea! My daughters already spend time surfing the internet (I have parent controls enabled so it’s safe, thank God!) But if they’re going to to be on the internet why not make the time profitable and fun at the same time? This is such a great resource. Thanks for your post, this was really helpful!

I’m not sure exactly why but this web site is loading incredibly slow for me.
Is anyone else having this issue or is it a problem on my end?
I’ll check back later on and see if the problem still exists.
