I really like meals that are open to interpretation. This Savory Onion Chicken can be served over rice, over stuffing or by itself. You can really mold this to fit whatever foods your family loves! And the best part, it’s an EASY slow cooker meal. This recipe came from my wonderful eMeals
classic family plan.
Savory Onion Chicken
3 lbs chicken breasts
1 tsp garlic powder
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Directions:
Place chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle with garlic powder and soup mix. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Serve chicken over bed of dressing (or your preferred method).
**To make a freezer meal combine ingredients over chicken in gallon ziplock bag and freeze. Thaw 24 hours in refrigerator 24 hours before wanting to cook.
