One day I was walking through Walmart and was handed a free candy bar by an employee. It was the OREO Chocolate King Size Candy Bar. This was my family’s first experience with the candy and it was awesome! Fast forward to now, when the candy bar has been rolled back and only costs $1!!!
To celebrate the rollback price, I decide to make an easy Cookies N’ Cream cupcake using a simple frosting hack and featuring the OREO Chocolate King Size Candy Bar pieces as the topper . Because I just wanted a quick treat I bought cake mix and frosting at the store. I made the cupcakes according to the box. Mashed OREO cookies, mixed those crumbs with the store bought frosting and frosted my cupcakes. I added a piece of the OREO Chocolate King Size Candy Bars in mint or hazelnut flavor to each cupcake. Easy peasy and slightly fancy.
