Like I have previously said, Educational Toys Planet has the coolest toys! They have a large variety of toys to choose from such as Time Toys, Puzzles, Science Kits, Musical Toys, Arts & Crafts and much, MUCH more. I love how the Educational Toys Planet website is so organized and user friendly. You can search toys by age, category, skill it uses, brand, by the person who will be receiving the toy, bestsellers and what’s on sale. I LOVE being able to easily navigate through all my options and  find what I’m looking for.

This week we received Ready, Set, Tell Time. This cute little toy comes with a puzzle, a clock, flash cards that you use to tell time with the clock, a matching game and some stickers with activities you do throughout the day to be sorted into he proper time slots. I love how all of the activities reinforce each other. Repetition in different forms is the best way to learn something.

My 7 year old is a pro at telling time on the hour and half hour, but struggles with the other numbers. These activities are going to be so great in helping her become a time telling expert! I love that this toy can be advanced for her and also be a beginning time toy for my 4 year old that can’t tell time. With the flashcards, playing with the clock and the puzzle he will learn the basics of telling time. It will be easy for him to learn telling time on the hour by playing. He won’t even know he is learning because of how much fun the activities are.

I love that these simple yet fun toys don’t require batteries. They get my kids away from the electronics and having good old fashion fun. I love that this can be a team toy or an individual toy. I love toys that require brain power. This is a great activity that would make a fantastic gift. Check out Educational Toy Planet and browse their impressive selection.
