Preparing Delicious Food Every time With ThermoWorks

For Christmas, my Mother in Law gave me a ThermaPen, made by Thermoworks. This pen is an amazing thermometer that transforms your cooking! We owned a meat thermometer but I think it wasn’t working correctly because whenever I would cook chicken or pork, it was obviously WAY over done, but “just right” according to the old thermometer.

Enter the ThermaPen. I decided to make some BBQ chicken and try it out. I put the chicken in the oven and set the timer for 20 minutes (I used to cook chicken over an hour to appease my old thermometer). After about 30 minutes, according to the ThermaPen, my chicken was done! Let me just say, that chicken was tender and juicy and NOTHING like what we had previously been eating. I was so surprised that the chicken had actually cooked so fast.

I then reached out to ThermoWorks to express my love for the Thermapen and they said they could send a couple of their other household items. Meet the ThermoPop. This fun thermometer is similar to the ThermaPen, but has a few key difference. The ThermoPop is less expensive. It is a long thermometer that comes with a pen like case to cover the thermometer. The display rotates, so no matter what direction you are checking the temperature, you can orate the display. There is a back light should you need extra light reading the display. It also converts from Fahrenheit to Celsius. The ThermoPop is also give a really quick reading in about 5-6 seconds! It comes in a variety of very fun colors!

Next let’s talk about this fun little timer the TimeStick. This pocket sized timer counts up and down. If you have it set for a certain time and don’t stop it when it beeps, it will begin counting up so you know how far over the time you have gone. The TimeStick also has a splash guard so it is safe for kitchen use. Since the TimeStick also comes with a neck lanyard I have been using it for time outs. My little 4 year old has some days when he can’t seem to stay out of time out, so he puts on the “time out necklace” and then he is able to watch his time tick down. The beep when the timer is up is rather loud so you won’t miss it. Sometimes when I set the oven or the microwave I can’t hear those beeps from downstairs, but if I also set the TimeStick and carry it around with me, I know I won’t miss any alarms.

In my experience ThermoWorks makes high quality, efficient products that I’m very glad to have in my house. You can visit the ThermoWorks site to see their other products available.

Do you own any ThermoWorks products? Do any of these products that I talked about interest you?
