This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Pei Wei Asian Diner. All opinions are 100% mine.
Sometimes I have mixed emotions about a restaurant revamping their menu. Sometimes it means my favorite items gets thrown off the menu to make way for other items. Pei Wei is making this undertaking right now, but guess what? It's going to be great! They are adding some delicious options I'm excited to try.
Pei Wei has a new flavor profile – Thai Lime & Chile. This new dish features refreshing citrus flavors combined with spicy Fresno chilies for unique flavor adventure. Guest’s choice of protein is wok-tossed in a Thai lime pineapple chile sauce, along with garlic, red onion, snap peas, Fresno chile peppers, topped with cashews, bean sprouts, carrots, cucumbers and cilantro. (Available as a regular or small wok’d entrée served with white or brown rice, or as an entrée salad, incorporating the guest’s choice of protein –chicken, steak, shrimp or tofu.)
Personally, I LOVE lime. I think it makes everything taste better. I add it to a lot of my dishes at home because it is so good. I love that it creates a taste of fresh and crisp.
In addition to this new flavor there are a couple new menu items. Wok Roasted Vegetable Salad, Ginger Orange Edamame and Szechuan Green Beans. Yumm sounds delicious.
Along with the "reFresh" of flavors, Pei Wei is introducing a new entree size. You can get your entrees in original or small with dishes starting at $6.39. You can Explore the Pei Wei Asian Diner menu to see all the changes and get excited to try them at your local Pei Wei.
I love Pei Wei for many reasons. First I love that the food is prepared right in front of you with 35 fresh, hand cut ingredients. I love that you can see what is going behind the scenes of the restaurant. I also appreciate their flexibility in making your food customized to your own liking. Did you know Pei Wei also offers gluten-free and vegetarian options? It is so nice that they are trying to cater to people with different dietary needs.
Pei Wei is a social restaurant, you can Like Pei Wei on Facebook, Follow Pei Wei on Twitter and even Follow Pei Wei on Pinterest. I love looking at pictures of food, so I really love the Pei Wei pinterest page.
I'm looking forward to try these new menu items very soon, especially the Thai Lime & Chile chicken. What new menu item are you most excited to try?
