Last year our AC broke during summer and so we decided to have a fun little staycation in Kansas City to have a night of cool temperatures in a hotel and have fun at the newly opened Incredible Pizza Company in Shawnee. We had been to the one in Omaha so we already knew it was awesome. We had such a fun time. There are so many awesome things to choose from, starting with the pizza buffet (that has more than pizza), then which themed dining room will you sit in? We chose the one playing animated shorts. It was so fun. Then off to the games and activities. We played for about an hour and stocked up on tickets so we were able to go on a mini shopping spree to use our tickets in the redemption center. It was super fun, and a perfect way to spend our staycation.
