How to Provide Your Growing Baby Essential Nutrition

June 4, 2018 By Stefanie

This post is sponsored by Gerber®, but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

When you think about the amount of growth a baby experiences over 12 months it is drastic. To help your baby with all the growth and development happening physically and within her brain it’s important to watch their nutrition. Getting baby all the essential nutrients can be easy with the right foods, that’s why I choose Gerber Infant Cereal as one of my baby’s first foods.

Along with Iron, Gerber Infant Cereal has other essential nutrients such as Zinc, Calcium, Vitamin C, E and six B Vitamins. I love that some of the cereal also has an added probiotic (*Probiotic Bifidus BL helps support digestive health when eaten on a regular basis). I know that with Gerber Cereal I am helping to provide nutrition that helps to support my baby’s growth, healthy brain development and learning ability. Just two servings of Gerber infant cereal meets 100% of my baby’s daily iron needs.

My baby LOVES the Gerber Cereals, especially because there are so many flavors for her to try. I also like the different textures of the different grains they have available – oatmeal, multigrain, rice and whole wheat. I want to help my baby be a great eater by introducing a lot of flavors and textures – though only one at time to watch for allergy signs.

In addition to helping your baby get all the nutrition she needs, you can help your wallet by saving money on Gerber Cereal. When you buy Gerber Cereal at Walmart make sure you bring along the Ibotta app so you can save money with the current Ibotta offer. Save $1 on 2 Gerber Cereals.

I’m so happy to know and share the benefits of Gerber infant cereal and know I’m taking daily steps to help my baby in healthy development. There are a lot of things that weigh on my mind as a Mom, but getting my baby all the nutrition she needs isn’t one of them thanks to these tasty Gerber cereals!

This reminded me of how Chinese food gave me extreme nausea during my 1st pregnancy and I loved it during my second one. Now my older daughter is not too fond Chinese and my younger one loves it.
You have rightly stated it too.. start early and provide the right kind of nutrition and we can surely help boost our baby’s brain development.
