Johnson’s Popcorn, started in 1940, is still going stong with a large offering of sweet and savory popcorn. I love trying new popcorn stores because it brings back happy memories from my childhood. My parents used to own a photo developing business and right next door was a popcorn place. We would barter services with the popcorn store and end up with giant bags of delicious, and unique flavored popcorn. Johnson’s Popcorn is a fun addition to our Christmas festivities this year!
Pens and Journals
I have a big writer in my family. A fancy pen and really nice journal would be just the perfect gift for her! I’m really excited about this gorgeous Pen Haven Glossy Gold Fountain Pen. It looks and feels so luxurious and will be a special gift. This soft cover journal is also super nice. It’s a beautiful patter and has 176 pages to fill. Metalfigs
Marvel Avenger Metalfigs and Ninja Turtle Metalfigs are a really fun stocking stuffer idea! These figurines are 2.5″ tall. The Marvel figurines come with Ant Man, Iron Man, Captain America and Black Panther. The Ninja Turtles come with a key ring attached so you can take your favorite turtle with you where ever you go!

This unique toy from Luki Lab is really cool. I’ve never seen anything like it, but it is a really fun stocking stuffer option. These race cars transform from flat pocket sized cars to super fast race cars with the push of a button. These are so cool!
Vital Hero
Vital Hero was a hot holiday toy last year and it’s definitely looking like a popular option this year as well. I love this toy because it encourages movement and activity.

This was on my son’s wishlist because he likes the idea of exercising to complete missions. It really helps that this Vital Hero is the Batman version. Vital Hero is available through Amazon for $64.99.
Tamagotchi Uni
My childhood self screamed when this showed up at my house. I always wanted a Tamagotchi when I was little. My parents bought me a no-name brand version that was similar. I’m SO EXCITED to finally have the real thing! I love the update of the wristband to wear it like a watch.

This is a throw back from many years ago. This really fun, little put put game is great for younger kids, but also something the whole family can get in on! For ages 3+ and 2-4 players, there’s a lot of fun to be had practicing your putting with this cute gator. Who can get a hole in one? The best part is no batteries required!
Greedy Granny
This game is a new one for me and it looks really fun. While Granny is sleeping spin the wheel and see which of her treats to take. You’ve gotten take the snacks without waking Granny. Scrub Dub
The Scrub Dub is a compact body and scalp scrubber. The scrubber features shampoo spikes on one side to help message and clean your head. The other side features body lather bristles for gentle exfoliation. This is a perfect stocking stuffer and comes in a lot of great colors. It’s even made in the U.S.A.

Howl
A new game to hit streaming is called Howl. Created in the graphic style “living ink” the game’s colors, backgrounds and environments change as you progress. What I really like about the game is that it’s basically a series of logic puzzles. The game has been perfect for one of my kids who really like to think thing through and figure out problems. What I don’t love about the game is the gore attached to it. While it isn’t that bad, especially with a lot of games out on the market, when either the child or the wolf is killed there is blood splattered. I wish we could have the puzzles without that feature. You can watch the trailer here to see if you are interested!
Firefighting Simulator
I was really excited about this addition to the gift guide. It’s tradition for my husband and I sneakily play our new switch games before my kids learn about them, and this was no different. We had fun going through the amazing training grounds to learn how to play the game (I really recommend because it’s s helpful for the different levels and learning how to use the different tools such as the ladder and such) and then trying different levels. This game is a lot of fun! My favorite part is bossing around the AI team! lol
Thanks to the advanced fire simulation – including water, smoke, heat, backdrafts, flashovers, grease fires as well as a number of other causes of fire such as electronics, chemicals and explosions – The Firefighter squad will face fire situations and dangerous scenarios that are difficult to calculate. Next to this, players can look forward to a complex physics system for the representation of destruction within dynamically spreading fire situations.

I love getting my children some new books for Christmas. It’s fun to add more books to our library and to add some holiday books for us to read in the future.
