Disclaimer: I received a complimentary Gumigem necklace for review purposes. All opinions and experiences are my own. Yours may differ.
When I first learned about Gumigem Teething Jewelry I was very interested to try it out. My 6 month old isn’t teething yet, but I know it is coming, and he sticks everything in his mouth anyways that I thought it would be great to have. Instantly having something to entertain him at church came to mind and I signed up to be considered for the “Bubbe Beads” promotion!
When the Gumigem necklace arrived I was surprised by a couple things. First, I was surprised at how big the beads were. The website doesn’t specify a size and looking at the necklace on their site it doesn’t look as big as it really is. I like the size of the beads because it fills my baby’s whole hand and he can munch on it easier. The other surprising thing to me was the texture. The beads are made out of a silicone that meets the required safety standards and is BPA, PVC, Lead, Latex and Phthalate free. This does mean, however, that things like hair, crumbs and other yuckie things will stick to the beads so frequent washing is required. If the necklace falls on the ground and you have baby wipes on hand that will do the trick to get your baby back in biting business!
The Bubba Bead necklaces come in several color options so you should be able to find something to match your clothes. I didn’t care about matching, and decided to go with white. Gumigem has a wide range of other teething jewelry in different sizes, colors and shapes. You can find Gumigem on Facebook or Twitter and stay up to date with what is going on with them!
Gumigem is offering my readers 10% off your order before August 9th with discount code happygumi10.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
