 I love using RO*TEL tomatoes as an add in for dips and soups. Check out this EASY dip using a jar of cheese dip and a can of tomatoes. Pick your favorite RO*TEL flavor to add. Just heat the cheese for a minute to make it easy to stir, then add in almost the whole can of tomatoes. Stir it up. Add the rest of the tomatoes on the top in the middle of the cheese as a garnish.
