Eat Healthy and Stay Fit with Fun Children’s Books

October 2, 2014 By Stefanie

Healthy-Fit-AtoZ

I’m already thinking about Christmas gifts for my kids.  My son is in Kindergarten and so his world is filled with the Alphabet. These children’s books are the perfect gift for him! On top of having all the alphabet it teaches children about healthy foods and different ideas for keeping fit in a fun way. These books (and calendar, perfect for MOM!) are a fun way to get my son reading and all of eating healthier and being active!

The calendar is really great because it includes stickers in the back that happen to be pictures of healthy foods, to help me keep track of important dates. I love having planners and calendars. The more the better because I easily forget my plans!

You may have noticed that all three of these items are also in spanish. My kids have a slight interest in Spanish from various shows on TV or Netflix and I think they will be very excited to learn some Spanish words for their favorite foods or activities.

These books and calendar are available at bookstores, libraries and online including Amazon, Barnes & Noble and moonstonepress.net.
