Easter is More Fun With Specialty Cakes

Easter-Chick-Cake

I love holidays! Really any holiday. Holidays are fun because they usually have family traditions that everyone looks forward too (or not!) plus they usually involve fun food and that you only eat on special occasions! Easter is a fun holiday all by itself with hunting for candy and eating a delicious ham, but what if you also add in a specialty cake to the mix? GourmetGiftBaskets.com not only sells gift baskets (duh! it’s in their name) but they also carry a variety of baked goods including specialty cakes for Easter.

When this Easter Chick specialty cake showed up on my doorstep it was frozen with dry ice keeping it cool. This ensured that the cake was fresh for my family! I put it in the refrigerator and let it thaw for several hours before we cut into it to enjoy!

Vanilla-Chick-Cake

The Easter Chick cake was a vanilla cake with a vanilla cream layer in the middle. The cake was moist and delicious. The 6 inch cake is probably enough to serve 8 people. If you had a large gathering you might consider buying several cake. GourmetGiftBaskets.com has several cakes decorated as different holiday icons.

We really enjoyed the cake. It was decorated very cute and was really fun for my kids. This cake definitely made our evening memorable. It would be a great addition to your Easter celebrations as well! You can purchase this Chick 6″ specialty cake for $34.99 directly from GroumetGiftBaskets.com.
