While in Los Angeles for the Disney PLANES premiere we sent a morning viewing some of Disney’s upcoming projects including this little snippet of Disneynature’s BEARS:
This release will be Disneynature’s 5th movie! Their previous films are “Earth”, “Oceans”, “African Cats” and “Chimpanzee”. These films are among the top five highest grossing feature-length nature films of all time. I have seen these films and LOVED them, my kids also love them. It is so interesting learning about the world around us in a way we would never experience without these films.
Disney is all about conservation and through Disneynature they are able to support causes that support the environment. Disneynature’s BEARS will be supporting a great cause, one that I LOVE: the National Park Foundation. Every moviegoer who sees BEARS opening week, Disneynature will make a contribution to the National Park Foundation to protect wildlife and wild places throughout the park system. I love the nationals parks. Growing up we would visit them often as we were on road trips. My family just spent a week in Yellowstone. The National Park Foundation does a lot of good, and is so valuable to our nation. The rangers offer free classes on the native animals and plant life in the parks as well as other fun lectures. If you have a National Park near you I encourage you to visit and check it out!

My kiddos would love this movie!
