To paraphrase a popular sentence in Tangled “Best Show Ever!” We went to a Disney on Ice production a few years ago when it was all about the Disney Fairies and that was a fun show, but this show was AMAZING! The skating was great, the tricks were fun, the scenes were beautiful, the costumes were gorgeous. The whole overall production was so fun, attention grabbing and definitely entertaining. My son, who has asked to go home in the middle of every activity we have done this year, was entranced the whole time!
My daughter could not look away. When asked at the end of the show what her favorite part was, she couldn’t name one, she said she loved the whole thing so much! My son’s favorite part was then the beast got “killed”. He wanted Gaston to win that fight because he was scared of the beast, but once he transformed into the prince all was well again! My husband’s favorite part was all of the pyrotechnics going on. It was fun to have little fireworks here and there throughout the show. My favorite part was all the bright, glowing colors under black light during the “Under the Sea” number. My favorite character of the night was Max the horse!
Rockin’ Ever After covered the stories of the Little Mermaid, Tangled, Brave and Beauty and the Beast. They did a great job of summarizing the stories, while including our favorite songs from the movies! My husband and I were really impressed with the Brave part of the show. We both did not like that movie, but we loved the ice show! They had the best dancing of any other movie featured in the show.
This was such a fun family activity building lots of great memories together. I’m so grateful we were able to take part in promoting this show. I highly recommend getting tickets and spending an enjoyable night as a family at Disney on Ice when it visits a town near you!
