Last night my husband and I watch Cinderella for the first time. I’m a big fan of the original Disney animated version so I was nervous that the story would get changed a great deal like Disney’s other live action movies have done in the past. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the story, though with changes, basically follows the same storyline.
It is a beautiful story with such a wonderful message “Have courage and be kind.” As I was watching the movie I kept thinking that I couldn’t wait for my 9 year old daughter to watch the movie because she would love it and I wanted her to learn the lesson of “have courage and be kind”.
My other favorite part of the Blu-Ray were the special features and more specifically, the Frozen Fever short. It was so darling, again I can’t wait for my kids to see it!
Cinderella is now out on Blu-ray combo, Digital HD and Disney Movies Everywhere (seriously my favorite app!)

I just ordered this on Amazon as a treat for myself- it should be here today! I loved seeing it in theaters and am happy it is out 😉
