I love when eMeals sends me recipes to share with you. This delicious meal is from their Clean Eating Meal Plans. Instructions
Place chicken legs in a large zip-top plastic freezer bag; whisk together cilantro, lime juice, lime rind, soy sauce, honey and olive oil. Pour marinade over chicken in bag; seal and refrigerate 1 hour. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill chicken legs 12 minutes or until done, turning occasionally.
Pull husks back from corn; remove silks and replace husks. Soak corn in a bowl of cold water 10 minutes; drain and shake off excess moisture. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill corn 12 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally. Shuck corn. Stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, cilantro, garlic and paprika. Brush mayonnaise mixture evenly over corn; sprinkle with cheese. Squeeze lime juice over each serving.
