Reality TV and cooking shows are some of the most successful shows. Everyone knows who Gordon Ramsay is and has probably seen one of his many shows. Now combine Gordon Ramsay’s likeness with an app character with a game and it’s awesome! While you probably can guess the basics of playing the game just from the image above there are some fun little details that add to the overall success of this app. Curious what Chef Ramsay thought when presented with the idea of an app after his likeness?
“When the team at Outplay told me the idea behind Chef Blast, I was immediately sold on it,” said Gordon Ramsay. “I can’t wait to turn up the heat on everyone and see how they do.”
On top of boosts there are some power ups (as I like to call them) to do major damage to things around them. A rocket, bomb and jalapeño help get the jobs done and can even be combined for a bigger explosion of help!! Of course if you get to an especially difficult level you will be offered free boosts by watching an ad. This is helpful if you have used all your boosts available but still need help.
When I first started playing I plugged right along thinking I was a rockstar. I made it all the way to level 40 before I was presented with a level I found challenging. There have been many challenges since but it continues to get more fun. I’ve unlocked two recipes with many more to go. I’ve now been introduced to obstacles like onions, hamburgers, crates and more. The fun continues to grow!
