Upon hearing the name “Bugs in the Kitchen” you might not want to run out and buy this game, but I can assure you this is such a fun family game, I recommend you doing that!

This darling game has easy game set up, game play and loads of laughs. Although it is recommended for children ages 6+ my 4 year old understands the rules and enjoys the game.

Once you have punched out all the bug “coins” and secured all of the forks, knives and spoons onto the board you choose one of 4 suggested patterns. Then you are ready to play! Everyone takes a turn rolling the die and rotating a piece of silverware on the board. The goal is to make a path for the bug to travel along to get into your trap. Whoever gets the bug in their trap wins a bug coin! The first person to collect 5 bug coins in the winner.

We love this game so much. It is very clever. My kids of course love the Hexbug. Bugs in the Kitchen is game by Ravensburger. This game can be purchased at Target for $24.99 and would make a fantastic gift this holiday season!
