About 2 months ago we decided to join the rest of the world and get smartphones! As a blogger having the ability to post, tweet, facebook, instagram and all those other social media sites right at my fingertip is pretty much vital. I had been faking it up to that point by taking a bunch of pictures on our iPhones (that didn’t work as phones, we just used them for the games and pictures) and then posting and tweeting once I found some WiFi. Those days are gone! Once I got my fancy new Samsung Galaxy SIII I became obsessed with cell phone cases. The sales person at our wireless carrier store had me paranoid about dropping and shattering my new expensive phone so I was on a quest to try out some new cases.
As I was searching the internet for a cute new case for my cute new phone I came across Case Crown. This site carries cases for select smartphones, tablets, laptops and ereaders. I picked out a pink Metallic Clip On case and waited anxiously! Once the case arrive I quickly snapped a photo and then put it on my phone! It was very easy to put on. As the name implies it did just snap on. The case is very thin and light. When it isn’t on my phone it seems a little flimsy because of how thin it is, but once it is hugging my phone all is well.
The case itself is very sleek in my opinion. I think it helps make my phone look really nice. I had a bulky case on my phone before this one, so I really preferred the look of my phone with this slender case.
I tried to get a shot of the little lip sticking up above the phone. The case does have a tiny lip so that if the phone were to fall flat on its face, this lip should help it from getting hurt. I was not about to purposefully drop my phone to test out the case but I did accidentally drop it a few times on carpet while it was in the case. All was well when it fell. Luckily it was just carpet! Case or no case, TRY not to drop you phones people!
When I tried to remove this case I couldn’t get it off my phone for the life of me. I had to wait until my husband got home to have him try. He has nails so I thought he’d be able to get it off easier than me (Confession: I’m a nail biter.) He had a hard time getting it off also but was eventually able to pry it off. You do not have to worry this case accidentally falling off!
You can buy this case only at the Case Crown site. They have this metallic clip on case for $15 in pink and baby blue.
