Brianna’s Salad Dressing Review

March 20, 2013 By Stefanie

My love affair with Brianna’s Salad dressing began the first week of March. My in laws were here visiting and my Mother in law decided to make this yummy salad she had recently tried. The dressing on that salad was Brianna’s Blush Wine Vinaigrette dressing. It was AMAZING! I seriously ate most of the salad myself. We made a couple more salads that week so we could use up the lettuce. We put all the left over salad in a big tupperware and later in the week for lunch I took the tupperware out of the fridge, poured the dressing on it and sat down. My husband said “Really? You aren’t sharing that?” and I said “NOPE!” The Blush Wine Vinaigrette is super good!

Brianna’s generously sent me four other bottles of their salad dressing to try out. As soon as I found out I would be getting a lot of dressing I headed to Sam’s club to stock up on lettuce and greens! The four flavors I got to try are:IMG_0709

  • Chipotle Cheedar
  • Rich Poppyseed
  • New American Creamy Balsamic
  • Dijon Honey Mustard

I was very excited to get testing! One thing I love about Brianna’s dressing is that they have recommendations for what foods to put which dressing on. I’m excited to take their suggestions – but I haven’t yet. Also, on their website they give a good description of each dressing and break down the flavors for you, it is fantastic!

We put the Chipotle Cheddar on some chicken a baked it. It was super delicious! It has a nice little kick to the flavor. I thought it tasted great as a marinade. With that meal we also had a nice salad topped with Rich Poppyseed. I have always loved every poppyseed dressing I had some across, but this one has tasted the best of them all. I won’t ever be able to go back to a different brand of poppyseed again. It is so good! Their recommendation for poppyseed is to put it on fresh peaches. That might sounds weird, but I bet it is oh so good! As soon as peaches are in season I’m going to find out!

At another meal we had a salad with the New American Creamy Balsamic. I didn’t love this on salad, but I think it would be pretty great on some grilled chicken or pork. To me it tasted like a unsweetened version of the Blush Wine I love so much.

Lastly we had the Dijon Honey Mustard on another salad another night. It was pretty good. What I would like is to dip chicken in it. Can you tell I love to flavor my chicken with all sorts of flavors?

Overall you can taste the quality of this homemade dressing.

Let me share with you a little bit about Brianna’s:

I would completely recommend Brianna’s Salad Dressing for all your salad (and in my case marinating) needs! It is high quality and it shows through it’s unbeatable taste.
